Wilted Greens with Warm Bacon Dressing
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine the greens and scallions in a bowl.
  2. Cook the bacon 4 minutes, then add the water, vinegar and lemon juice. Immediately pour over salad and toss. Season with pepper.
  3. Plate and serve warm.
